Wendy Noah began her career as a full-time REALTOR® in Orange County in 1978. She is committed to providing individualized professional service to her clients—past, present and future. With over 30 years in real estate and an early background in food services, Wendy understands the importance of personal interaction and satisfied clients.

As a resident of the greater Newport Beach/Irvine area for nearly 40 years, Wendy’s local knowledge is unsurpassed. In 2007, after 28 successful years at her previous office, Wendy joined her husband Lynn at Surterre Properties®. Together, they have built a team that ensures 100% service, communication, and continuity throughout every transaction.

Wendy’s total dedication to her clients along with the unparalleled support of Surterre Properties’ dynamic marketing department and dedicated staff is the perfect formula for creating successful transactions and a loyal clientele. The biggest reward of her career is getting a young family started in their first home, helping them over the years as they move up to their dream home, and then starting their children in their first homes.

Off hours will find Wendy enjoying time with her husband at their local yacht club, where they are both very active members. She also enjoys tennis and performing in local dinner theaters.
